Project overview

Drawing on our experience in downstream filtration, we designed a mobile  TFF Ultrafiltration skid to fit into a small footprint.

Summary

From initial User Design Specifications through to Delivery, our key considerations were mobility, compactness, ease of use and ease of maintainance.

 

The system was designed to integrate a semi-automated hydraulic control system. This was to minimise operator interface with the UF filtration system. The tiniest details of flexible hose storage, electrical lead protection, and bumper protection, were crucial in the design of this unit.

 

Minimising electrical disconnection of equipment during delivery, allowed for a more integrated FAT, which meant less testing was needed on site.
