Our experienced passivation teams are fully resourced with state of the art equipment and instrumentation to provide clients with Degreasing, Derouging, Passivation, Sanitisation services for a wide range of high purity process equipment. We use Ultrapass, a licenced technology and chemistry to deliver services conforming to ASTM A30 (www.astm.org) and ASTM A967.
BCD will review the clients network and design cleaning circuits to effectively treat he circuits under the supervision of a qualified chemist. All procedures are back up by full method statement which cover the health and safety requirements of our own staff operating on-site with the clients equipment. We are also very aware of our environmental responsibilities ensuring that all waste is disposed of with care using licensed contractors.
BCD have been pioneering this service in Ireland. We have developed our experience of chemical applications through years of research and development. We now offer PAT technologies such as in-line Rouge meters and Rouge Alert Program.
